Watch the video “Five Fun Facts” about Fire Safety! Before starting, ask your child to listen closely for one specific fact during the video. Can they remember and share it afterward?

Creative Letter Tt: Complete the “hands-on” letter Tt worksheet by choosing one of the four suggested creative activities or come up with your own unique idea.

Together We Learn: Work together with your child on the printable, guiding them through the activities as a team to make learning fun and engaging!

Wednesday
Oral Segmenting: Watch the video below and have your child say each word slowly, tapping a finger or clapping for each sound they hear to count the sound segments.
Fire Truck Writing 1-10: Have your child watch Miss Annette and follow along as she writes numbers 1-10, encouraging them to practice each number as they go.

Thursday
Watch the “All About the Letter Tt” video, again. Ask this question after watching, “What are three words beginning with the /t/ sound?”
T is for Tree: Complete the T is for Tree worksheet with your child. Let your child set the pace. Speed should not be a factor. Have your child circle their best one. The alphabet series is perfect for slipping into a protective sleeve, allowing for repeated practice and engagement.

March Letters Find the letter T’s: Encourage your child to find and underline each letter “T” in the list of words. After underlining, ask them to count how many “T’s” they found. This activity builds letter recognition and counting skills in a fun, hands-on way! Hint: there are seven.

Fire Safety Rules and Song: Have your child watch and learn important fire safety rules with Miss Annette, then join in and sing along to make learning fun and memorable!
Building Trust and Security: Discuss how firefighters help keep us safe, the importance of having a fire safety evacuation plan, and following safety rules—reminding your child that there’s no need to worry because being prepared keeps us safe. Read a book about a firefighter or department.
Help the Firefighter!: Have your child carefully cut along the dotted line to help the firefighter reach the fire with the hose, practicing scissor skills while having fun!

PHONICS: If your child is ready for more, explore our bonus phonics content for extra practice and fun! These activities help build confidence and strengthen early reading skills.
